  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups of Brussel sprouts

  • 2 lemons, one juiced and one sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Place salmon fillets on a lined sheet pan

  • 1 full head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 diced carrots
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1lb of ground lamb
  • ½ beef broth
  • 2 tbsp of chopped parsley


  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 2-3 quart casserole dish and set aside
  • Steam cauliflower until tender
  • Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in onion, carrots, and garlic. Cook until soft
  • Add lamb, and cook until browned. Add beef broth slowly as needed to keep everything simmering
  • Add in parsley and season with salt and pepper. Simmer on low
  • Drain the cauliflower and mash with a blender until smooth
  • Start with the meat mixture, and line the bottom of the casserole dish. Top with the cauliflower mash. Bake for 30 minutes
